What makes the Filtration Enhancer the Industry Leader?

The Filtration Enhancer will assist in making desalination a more worthy option to creating potable water, and helping solve the world’s water issues. On a typical saltwater desalination plant it can offer the following things; an increase in product water, reduction in backpressure on pumps, longer life of membranes & pre-filters, and a reduction in chemical usage. Not only is the Filtration Enhancer capable of providing these benefits, it does so in a way that is environmentally friendly.

 

What maintenance is required?

The Filtration Enhancer requires no operator maintenance or adjustments once the installation process is complete.

 

Does the Filtration Enhancer require a power source?

No, the Filtration Enhancer is self powered and does not require any outside power source.

 

How does it work?

The Eco1st Filtration Enhancer performs a method of ionizing, which strips away valence electrons from all flowing fluids and suspended solids contained therein. This ultimately leaves everything treated in a positively charged state, where all molecules lose their ability to bond, and consequently end up repelling each other. Typically what you have without the Filtration Enhancer, are molecules that are charged both positive and negative, which naturally form a bond and creates a cluster of molecules that is hard to break. What you get with the Filtration Enhancer, are molecules that travel freely on their own since they are all charged positive and have lost their ability to bond and cluster together.

 

What is the process of installation?

Each Filtration Enhancer has a simple design that typically comes flanged on both ends so it can be easily plumbed in to your pipeline. Other types of fittings are available, but would be considered a custom installation. On a typical desalination plant the Filtration Enhancer should be installed prior to the Reverse Osmosis system, or for greater results it can be installed earlier in the process prior to any pre-filtration system.

 

Who are the best candidates for the Filtration Enhancer?

The best candidates for the Filtration Enhancer would be anyone who is dissatisfied with the efficiency of their filtration system and would like to take advantage of the benefits our technology offers. The Filtration Enhancers come in line sizes of 2” and larger. Typically our systems apply to larger scale filtration facilities.

 

How long does it take for the Filtration Enhancer to start working?

The results are immediate. Once installation is complete and water is being pumped through the Filtration Enhancer, it begins performing the ionization process.

 

Will the Filtration Enhancer be able to withstand corrosion?

For applications such as the treatment of seawater, salty water can cause corrosion issues. In applications such as this, we construct the Filtration Enhancer out of some of the highest grade super duplex stainless steel.
